After the finished product is completed, multiple rounds of random inspection will be carried out, covering appearance, function, durability and other aspects of testing.

If quality problems unfortunately occur, you do not need to worry. Once you have a product quality problem, our team will understand the problem in detail and provide a preliminary solution within the specified time. For the products that are really quality problems, we will provide free return and exchange services, bear the freight, and protect your rights and interests from loss. At the same time, we will deeply analyze the causes of the problem and take effective measures to improve it and avoid similar problems from happening again.

After your order has been successfully placed, we will process your order quickly. If there are no special circumstances, the shipment will be completed within 45 working days. If the order peak or force majeure factors, the delivery time may be slightly delayed, we will communicate with you in a timely manner.

The MOQ for the first cooperation varies according to different types of storage bags. Because product production involves additional links such as mold development and special raw material procurement, a certain amount needs to be reached to ensure the feasibility and economy of production. However, we also understand that customers may have different considerations in the early stage of cooperation, if your purchase quantity is slightly lower than the MOQ, welcome to communicate with us, we will try our best to provide you with a flexible solution according to the actual situation.

We can provide product samples. For sample costs: For conventional samples, a certain cost fee will be charged, and the specific amount will be determined according to the type, specification and material of the sample; If you have subsequent bulk purchase intention and reach cooperation, the sample cost will be deducted from the purchase price of the order.
The sample application process is as follows: First of all, please inform us the specific model, style and quantity of the sample you need as well as your delivery details through the “Contact Us” section on our website or by sending an email to lily@camei-stationery.com. After receiving your application, we will confirm the sample fee and payment method with you in time. After you complete the payment, we will immediately arrange the production and delivery of the sample, usually within 7 working days after the payment is completed.
